Search

How do I search for product images?

Click on "Brand Assets" in the left navigation pane. Narrow your search by selecting type (logos, packaging, collateral or planogram), selecting a brand and/or entering keywords.

I just started carrying an additional Diamond brand. How can I get access to the brand assets for this product?

You can update all of your account information by clicking on the "Update Profile" link in the upper right corner of the page. Here you can select any additional brands you now carry to gain access to the associated assets.

What do I do if I cannot find the image I am looking for?

Please contact Diamond Customer Service at 1-800-442-0402 or customerservice@diamondpet.com.

Downloads

How do I download a file?

After you have found the file you would like to download, select the file type (if applicable) and click the download button (down arrow above the hard drive icon.)

Can I download more than one file at once?

After you have found the files you would like to download, select the file types (if applicable) and either click the download button to download all of them at once, or add them to your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon.

Continue searching for additional assets, and add them to your shopping cart. Once you are finished, click on "Cart" in the left navigation pane, enter your email address, and a download link will be emailed to you.

How do I know which file type associated with an asset I should be using (PNG, JPG vs. EPS)?

EPS files are high resolution and should be used if you are creating a piece that will be printed. JPG and PNG files can both be used on the web or as a photographic image.

The main difference between a JPG and PNG is that a PNG has a transparent background and is the better choice when placing the image on a colored background.


Account Information

My business has moved. Can I update my address?

You can update all of your account information by clicking on the "Update Profile" link in the upper right corner of the page.

*Please note if you are a retailer, updating your information on this website does not automatically update your address on the "Find a Retailer" pages on the public websites.

To update your business address on the retailer locator, please contact Diamond Customer Service at 1-800-442-0402 or customerservice@diamondpet.com.

I no longer carry Diamond products and would like to be removed from the distribution list.

How can I update my email address?

Please contact Diamond Customer Service at 1-800-442-0402 or customerservice@diamondpet.com to update your email address.

Make sure to provide the current email address tied to your account as well as the new email address.
